Interisland airlines ist eine kleine philippinische Bedarfsfluggesellschaft, die ab 2004 ihre Dienste anbietet und mittlerweile auch einen begrenzten Linienflugverkehr zwischen Manila und Caticlan sowie Manila - Tablas anbietet. Zum Einsatz kommen zwei Yak-40. Im Dezember 2006 wird bekannt, daß Interisland Airlines auf der Suche nach einer MD-80 ist.
